Double column machining center:
Chi-fa provides DCM FG series from DBC 1500 to 3100mm, X-ax travel 2200 to 6200mm, and also offers both Built-in and Gear spindles for different applications customers might meet. FG series is particularly suitable for giant mold cutting such as mobile metal cover, and could be matched with various milling head to solve any machining problem from customers.
5Ax machining center:
Gantry type Inspirer and moving-column type Grander series are the consequences of technical cooperation with Italian professional 5Ax-milling-head manufacturer PFG, suitable for all the applications about medical appliances, aerospace, railway, and each kind of complex-plane machining of mold, which will bring customers to experience the highest technical level of machinery field and totally different and efficient machine utilization.
Introduction: Chi-Fa was established by sole proprietor Mr. Tsai in 1976. Its initial business range was mainly on professional machine tool parts processing. Since 1978, Chi-Fa officially started receiving OEM orders from several local knee-type milling machine manufacturers and deal with the metal process and machine assembly.
With more professional machining equipments invested and FMS adopted, the monthly production reached 1800 sets from 1990 to 1993, which shared almost 70% of the market at that time. Accompany with the accumulated skills and experiences in machinery field, and the various demands from the real market, we started our machinery manufacture business in 1992 officially, and launched our first Vertical machining center MCV-610 on March 1st in 1994.
Since the beginning of machine manufacturing till now, we keep releasing at least one new model annually and never stops innovation. In 2003, we established USA branch office in Utah state and also machine warehouse in LA for incremental demands from USA market; and for the same reason, China branch factory was also established at Shenghai in 2005 to optimize our service locally and take care the machine buyers more conveniently.
Since 2007, Chi-Fa started investing in the developments of advanced machinery field such as Double column machining center and 5-sided machining center, and also cooperated with Japanese manufacturer YASUNAGA technically for the development of Horizontal machining center and Italian PFG for both Gantry type and Moving-column type 5Ax machining centers. By the successful experience of development and investment with our best worldwide partners, we have ensured our technical-leadership position in Taiwan machinery field. 2009, Chi-fa invested 76705m² of land in Heibei province to build the China headquarters, which will be the production, processing, and assembling center of Chi-fa in China.
