Introduction: Our president Mr. Frank Huang Set up ELITEX in 1989 and then APEXCARE in 1992, in Chia Yi County, Taiwan, to produce medical, rehabilitation, long-term care and ramp equipment because of a concern for human beings. In 2000, the two companies combined and moved together. In Nov. 2009, we bought another new factory and built up new headquarter building.
