Introduction: Our president Mr. Frank Huang Set up ELITEX in 1989 and then APEXCARE in 1992, in Chia Yi County, Taiwan, to produce medical, rehabilitation, long-term care and ramp equipment because of a concern for human beings. In 2000, the two companies combined and moved together. In Nov. 2009, we bought another new factory and built up new headquarter building. We also set up 2 additional subsidiary factories nearby, making our total space grow to more than 33,000 square metres. These increases greatly re-enforced our capacity, not only in production but also better service. After years of tremendous endeavor and struggle, we are now the first place and leading healthcare equipment manufacturer in Asia. We have an energetic, focused and ambitious operations team, coupled with advanced facilities and examination equipment.
