Precision components and parts are machined with our CNC machine tools for different use. Woodworking machines and machine tools are made and assembled according to market requirements. As business grows, Tailong has also invested in different foundries and machinery works in the form of currency or equipments. This has enlarged our production capacity. QUALILTY, QUICK SERVICE and COMPETITIVE PRICE are the rules we use in our business with customers. We produce various classes of castings in Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, Malleable Iron and other Metals. These castings are intended for construction and engineering use. The weights of castings are ranging from several grams to several tons. The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from customer's drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of details required. Then green sand molds are made on simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger. Shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax pattern used in the investment casting. After pouring, all castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines. Each casting is processed through our QC stuff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechnical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.
